My responsibilities as PSM included running the rehearsal room; facilitating breaks, schedules, and ensuring the work was productive and efficient. Maintaining the artistic integrity of the show and facilitating communication across all departments were key aspects of my position. Additionally, I teched and called the show and operated Qlab during performances.

Making it Real in The rehearsal Room
I wanted to make the rehearsal studio feel as close to the final production feel as possible. We had a lot of moving set pieces that we did not get until dress tech, so making the rehearsal process feel close to show conditions for these children was important to my process.
